OUR VISION

Our vision is to create intimate spaces and a vibrant, sophisticated retail mix — an inviting place to connect with family and friends. Beautiful storefronts, a collection of food, film and fashion, and a warm energy make up the everyday setting at Woburn Village.

• Woburn Mall was acquired in 2017 and identified as redevelopment opportunity that will add a cinema complex and new restaurants and retailers to the 23-acre, 700,000 SF mixed-use redevelopment – to be completed in 2021
• Market Basket is a legacy tenant and will remain in its location at the shopping center, while new store concepts for T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods and DSW will be relocated into new spaces next to Market Basket, along with a new Homesense store
• AvalonBay Communities, our residential partner on this project, will be starting construction of 350 upscale apartments fall 2019
• Located just miles north of Boston with highway visibility from the major intersection of I-95/Route 126 and I-93
